Keep Curle and his staff and keep the nucleus of the team with a couple of additions and everyone fully fit I'd be really confident for next season. However I can't see that happening, I envisage quite a few departures in the summer.

I appreciate that you're talking about your own player but the bid we turned down for Watkins was considerably more than £400k so if there is a release clause, which I don't think there is, it's much higher than that.

Yeah big money Grecian if you go up he'll be a miss tho won't he, look what happened to Grimsby when Bogle went to Wigan .....still you still have Grant and Reid - useful both of them

Grant can be incredibly frustrating. He's got all the skills but tends to try to beat one man too many when there's an easier option. I was surprised we kept him this season as he's never really held down a regular starting spot.

Reid is a very canny player and won us a couple of match winning penalties late on this season. Him and Watkins have worked well but the main problem keeping him under 20 stone. I'm pretty certain he's already under contract next season.
