Listening to Radio Cumbria Sport, some guy texted in to say his brother, a CU fan has had his Cup ticket cancelled coz he lives 49.5 miles from Liverpool - How ??

If Man Utd cancelled tickets bought by folk more than 49.5miles away they would only get 2k max at Old Trafford!

So if he bought it from CU, only they would know his postcode!! but even then they wouldn`t know how far away from Liverpool it was without some serious investigation.
How would Liverpool get to cancel it, that`s how it sounded. ( He wouldn`t be able to buy one for the Carlisle end from the Anfield ticket office I`m presuming)
