To be quite honest mate, I don't have any idea how Claire has managed not to resign yet, she's obviously a much better and calmer person than I would be when confronted with that sort of idiocy and obstinacy. What I really don't want to hear is that these are Holding Company matters and nothing to do with the operational side of the club.

If that is what comes from this, then we know without any doubt that the fans rep is a buffer as suspected all along.

Would I like to know all the answers to all the questions I ask ... Yes I would.

As I've said previously I am not an "all guns blazing" type of person. I'm taking the first 6wks to figure things out.

I've asked elsewhere what fan engagement means to people. I've had respect, honesty, involvement as examples of responses. I have my own opinions on what this means to me but I need to know what you think too.

There are people who post on here who have a very wide range of skills and experience. I don't doubt that if there's anything anyone needs done, if it can't be done by someone on here, you'd be pointed in the right direction.

So, if you need stuff done, to make people's match day experience better, just ask. Businesses might donate stuff in exchange for advertising, or sponsorship, people might volunteer to help out.

Look how quickly Deano raised the flag money. Try it, the fans have never been able to be involved in that way.
