We have this discussion frequently. Basically we've accepted that whenever we turn over we will hit a barrage of adverse.

I think programmes are.only 20 minutes long with 40 mins of adverts.

Start watching the documentary and then pause it for 20 mins. You can then fast fwd through the adverts.

I would say 90% of what I watch is recorded so never each ads and the Docs channels are what I watch the most.
