So I presume the 20 questions in the news and star still haven't been responded to or answered. To me it shows an absolute detest of the supporters questioning the owners as these questions need answered, albeit we know we won't get the truth.

We have been spun a web of lies and contradictions its now laughable.

Events I know about in the last 2 weeks prove to me they was never a billionaire and were duped. Why would Jenkins entertain this party if they was a billionaire interested and why did Jenkins take Nixon to the meeting. It just involved Jenkins and not Nixon at this stage.

A little bird told me that Jenkins is trying to find someone to take over his shareholding so he can go to that nice little retirement home he's been promising himself.....

No idea if it's true or just gossip.

Anything that happens at the club these days is followed by absolute silence on the matter.

20 questions - nothing

Pattison's texts with 'keith' - nothing

Swearing on radio cumbria - nothing for days and then pretty much a nothing apology

Billionaires at BP on Saturday - nothing

Anything else?

Only legal thing that would see them talking would probably be an empty stadium for a home match bar away fans.

If it was true then Jenkins would accept this offer and not take Nixon along to the meetings.

I know Oldhamblue calls Andy Hall comical Andy. I have a lot of respect for Andy with his tweets and his hands are tied.

However he tweeted he believed the billionaire was real due to activity behind the scenes. What was this? or were you told to say that?

But surely if Jenkins had a serious buyer, Nixon would have to be made aware, and give his approval?

No, the shares belong to Jenkins, and he can do with them as he likes.

If he chooses to sell, then he can. Of course, the reality is, in a case like this he would be informing Nixon and Pattison (not the trust though, and they own more shares than either Nixon or Pattison).

So anyone can buy Jenkins shares then a week later buy Nixons then a week later buy Pattisons. What exactly is the trusts blocking percentage gonna achieve in that situation?

Yes, that's what I was trying to say but maybe didn't make it clear. Jenkins can sell his shares to whomever he wants, obviously, but is hardly likely to do so without keeping Nixon informed or introducing him to the new owner.

The Comical reference is a "tribute" to Comical Ali, the Iraqi propaganda guy who used to give briefings about how well Iraq was doing in Gulf War, when US tanks were behind him....obv given Andy's former career (for which he deserves massive respect) it seemed like a nice play on words...

Andy's hands are not tied at all; he is a very intelligent person with free will - his actions (or lack of) are illuminating imo; other's disagree which is 100% their right.....

Andys hands are tied in a sense, it's what pays his bills at the end of the day. However he can do his job without implicating himself IE saying in his tweets he believed it was true. Surely he must know something's isn't right and therefore should only be tweeting anything official about the ' billionaire '

Perhaps the board are taking their lead from the Chilcot Enquiry, that started 6 years ago, last week they announced that they were going to produce a "realistic timetable" for its completion.... but that won't be ready till next month.

Really it sounds far too similar.
