Just featured in soccer am. Basically got ripped for not clearing the ball off the line against Wycombe. He bloody ducks under the ball.

Hauled off after less than 40 minutes today.
If the world didn't suck we'd all fall off

I think it was a tactical switch today! Allowed us to have more width with Grainger on the left and what a difference.

I watched it rewound it to make sure my eyes weren't deceiving me and then deleted it. How many times you planning on watching it like?

I think he was rightly subbed yesterday, not for tactical reasons as such more his lack of involvement and effectiveness. He disappeared too much/too easily.

I thought he played well against Wycombe overall but let himself down with their equaliser. Why oh why didn't he make an effort to head it clear? Only he knows I suppose. Can only presume he lost the ball in flight or he was distracted by Gillespie rushing back into goal :(

Obviously he was trying to protect his designer barnet

Has been one of our better players. For goal at Wycombe felt he was dead on feet having run himself ragged as we were down to ten for most of the game. Was probably unsighted as well as the ball looped over his head in the glare of the floodlights. Curle had to explain to him when he was taken off yesterday was purely tactical.

I know we are talking pro football here, but I have found myself in similar positions on the Sheepmount and for some reason your mind tells you the ball is going well over the bar.

I thought Hery looked good while he was on but it was the right decision. Grainger has come in for alot of criticism on here, not least from me but he had a good game agianst Yeovil. His tracking back was excellent, in the second half when we were pushing for a winner he snuffed out a couple of their breaks single handedly

"Has been one of our better players."

Has he ?? what does he offer the team? like on another thread, it was mentioned him being a "flair" player. Personally I don't see what he offers the team, no goals, no assists, for the role he's supposed to be playing, attacking midfield he doesn't really offer that much creativeness.

Am I being harsh? Possibly ... however he was taken off before half time, a tactical switch maybe, but we played better without him.

There's more to a player than just a fancy foreign name and a random hair style.

Again I'm maybe being harsh, but I don't see what he offers the team at the moment. :S

I don't think you're being too harsh, He hasn't delivered much at all, rightly subbed.
