He's 34 yeah but he's not exactly showing any signs of slowing down is he. Plus he's probably a great role model for younger players, the way he's looked after himself and his work rate. If it's a case of wanting to keep him hungry, put big goal bonuses into the contract.

Curle has said Asamoah needs regular kicks up the ass to motivate him so short term deals help achieve this. Plus if we were to go up I doubt the likes of him and Dicker from our current set up would cut it in league one...And until Curle signs a new deal beyond this season I'd only offer regular starters or younger talent longer deals

He's controlled virtually every game he's played in this season, despite the cold shoulder treatment he's had to put up with. Technically he is the best player at the club.

The last two times I've seen Dicker, he came in for 10 mins at Wycombe and dilly dallied on ball to give them the chance where they hit the bar. At Northampton he failed all night to pass to his own team and I've seen his role in Yeovil's goals on the highlights. Yes, he's been much better than last season but that's not difficult as he was awful most of the time.

And while on his day he can string a couple of passes together, he is far too slow. He's on the transfer list for a reason and will be gone in the summer, whichever league we're in.

Until then he's a useful reserve for JK, Hery and Joyce.

Earned a 6 month extention, be surprised if he isnt offered one, even more surprised if he gets a better offer elsewhere meaning he turns it down.

KC seems to know him really well from a football point of view, when to use when to bench him, been a bit unlucky not to play up alongside Jabo more really.

But........ still hacked off at him for that shocker of a dive against Morecambe so anybodies welcome to him!!
