Hartlepool Utd have announced their game at Salford city has been chosen for tv.

Excuse my French here Deano but Bbc please [censored] off sucking cocks of the class of 92. Already watched them lot in the first round, wouldn't it be nicer for a different non league club to get the tv money? Salford don't exactly need the cash, they've got flipping millionaires running them

My suspicion is they've chosen that one because they can smell blood....looking at the last round I'd agree, the chimp chokers should be rightly a bit worried about that one.

Smell blood? Should remove their heads from Gary Nevilles arse then

Is there anywhere we can complain about this (ie BBC selecting Salford again)?

I don't for one minute mean why aren't carlisle on but I really don't think it's fair that Salford are on again. There are loads of other clubs who could benefit from the cash injection and having already been featured in round one surely any number of other ties could have featured. 70000 is a massive amount of money at non league level and for them to get two lots of it while Welling, Whitehawk, Stourbridge to get none of it is pretty disgraceful in my opinion.

2 and a half weeks between replays and 2nd round though...

It would be a pain in the arse if they did wait until then, because likewise I want to sort out my travel/time off work if needed etc asap.

You don't actually think they give a flying fook about the fans that actually go to the games do you, I don't think you do but surely some might be naive enough to believe so.

I hope the Monkeys smash them TBH even though I usually like to see Non-League teams prevail unless it affects us of course.

Oh we are gonna complain about one team being on twice in a row but not man united being on every game for 10 years or whatever it is

Its OK, we'll be on when we draw Liverpool at home in round 3 and avenge the league cup defeat ;)

Didn't expect us to be on.

But didn't think for one minute Rochdale v Bury would be on!

What a surprise. Bring on the Gary Neville and Paul Scholes love in, a few more quid to a club that's had it's share, and tough luck to most of the other non league sides who had the nerve to progress without the right connections. Don't think I'll bother tuning in for that one somehow.

Hope Hartlepool smash them and humiliate them on national tv.

If Salford get through round 2 then paedo central in the BBC towers would probably end up drowning in man juice at the thought of them playing man Utd, or hype to hell a 'fierce local derby against altrincham'

Apart from Rochdale and bury fans, who actually gives a monkey about that game? The only game I'll watch there is Grimsby v Shrewsbury. But it's like choosing if I'd rather have Ebola, mad cow disease or AIDS tbh

How can they justify putting Salford on again? Loved the TV show, enjoyed the match last Friday but I'm done with them now. Poor choice when the £72k could've kept one of the other non-league clubs going for years. Not as if Salford are struggling for cash.

The club want to f_ck off any Sunday game (like Barnsley did). Bit harsh on Welling like but need to look after our own fans.

Think it was 12k for last round for Sunday goals slot. Curle wouldn't see any of that anyway.

Topsy and Tim's parents are unbelievably smug but 'hate' is a bit strong isn't it?

I do hate the dad tho. He's a right prick! Tim's more of a girl than his sister too. Bit of a tear jerker tonight. RIP Mossy :(

Can't just complain when this stuff happens, have to make it so something is in place for the future to prevent it.

Nothing to stop it from happening every season at all.

3.5m people watched the 1st round game on TV, so they can claim it's in the public interest.

At the end of the day they are driven by viewing figures so they'll put on the games that they think will get the most views, not the club's who need to money the most.

That was a classic last season when they never had a live match on the Saturday in the third round.

I've complained to the BBC. I know I am wasting my breath but at least I feel like I've got my point across. Apparently I will get a response so we shall see what their opinion is.

Maybe I will get on Points of view..... is it still Terry Wogan?

I complained once about the Football League Show, mainly because regardless of our result we always seemed to be on last/nearly last. Just got told they would look into it.

Quite ironic really as a lot of Salford folk feel they ain't got a chance of employment at that Media City because of how the City is seen by those high up there.

Football League Show worked on league position and as we were generally down the bottom end of the table it would mean we were on towards the end unless we were playing one of the top teams as the highest placed team took precedence.

Haven't really watched the Channel 5 show but I would assume they do the same on that. Not a bad way to do it really as it means you can work out how far you're going to have to fast forward :)

I complained in 2011/12 when we finished 8th.

I know it sounds like just moaning but we have never been shown very high in the order on the shows, even for instance when we've had high scoring games this season and last, we have still been very low down.

It's nowt to do with high scoring games. I bet were usually on before Yeovil and Dagenham at the minute. Unfortunately if half a dozen teams above us are playing half a dozen below us then we aren't gonna be one of the first on even if it's a 9 goal thriller.
