I'd much rather he didn't but I don't think the playing time he's getting now necessarily ensures he's staying beyond his current contract. Same with Sweeney although I'm not nearly as fussed about him.

I think Hery will go at the end of the season. Much as I like his trickery with the ball, I am not sure he adds much to the team. I suspect this has been the problem throughout his career, he promises much but doesn't deliver. Hope I'm wrong and he starts becoming a useful team player. Sweeney on the other hand has shown his utility and I think he will still be here in a year's time - a testament to the hard work he has put in this season.

I think the main reason Curle has only really signed players on 6 month/1 year contracts is so he has the flexibility of getting rid of a lot of them if we do happen to go up.

If we are in League 2 next season, I don't think anyone that's kept on will be given more than a 1 year extension.

Of the players out of contract in December I'd only keep Atkinson and Asamoah, possibly Balanta. Release Thompson and Osei.

In the Summer, if we are still in League 2, I'd keep Miller, Grainger, Raynes, Ibehre, Dicker, Wyke and Sweeney. Possibly McQueen if he manages to get more games between now and then.
Release Hery, Hammell, CMW, Halford, Rigg, TAH.
