We didn't actually play a league game away from BP, just 2 cup games. So if it's the same timescale, we could maybe just reschedule the Notts County and Hartlepool matches for week nights.

1954Blue Offline Ball Boy Posts: 111 Likes received: 54	I remember going to both games. We beat Redditch 3-1 at Workington and thrashed Barnet 4-1 at Morecambe. As mentioned both in the FA Trophy. We lost in the next round down at Woking. We'd drawn 3-3 with Morecambe in the league at BP on January 2nd then our next game there was on Feb 27th when we drew 2-2 with Gravesend.

You can't just pitch up at Clubs in different countries (According to UEFA) and play there. Need all kinds of dispensation etc.

In 2005, we were Non-League, where this sort of thing happens regularly down the ladder. This time we're back in the Football League, where there's much more stringent rules and regs.

Think we'll just have some P-P's and a run of Tuesday Night fixtures come March/April?

It isn't just the pitch though. The changing facilities, the office areas, the bars and food outlets. Even the toilets and the stands will need to be sorted. There is a lot of work, I imagine the pitch, after the water is off it, can be made playable in reasonably short order, but the rest of the work could be more difficult. Especially with so many other people also needing work done at the same time.
