Might have to venture into town later so what's the water level like in the Warwick Road area and how is Caldewgate & Hardwicke Circus looking?
I don't envy the task ahead for those flooded as it's happened to me on a small scale once. Just make sure the insurance company stump up enough and go in high when valueing your contents. Drying out is the biggest problem it's bloody never ending.  Also you may be covered for temporary accommodation in a hotel or somewhere though nobody told me I was so have a good perusal of your policy. Don't let the b@stards grind you down!
