With that in mind it would make no sense to me to play the Hartlepool game at Blackpool. Newcastle is the obvious choice. Also a Carlisle v Hartlepool fixture at St James' could get a huge crowd - 8000 or more is possible . If it's at Blackpool there might not be 2000 there.
