Was going to say 'I'll start' but a few already have...

Here goes then.

"I heard that the City Council could just have the swimming pools in the rivers. There are three of them in Carlisle and they are full of water an people could clamber in down the banks to swim. There are two banks on every river and this will be enough. People could swim more than 50m and we wouldn't need pools then and if they freeze it could be an ice rink as Carlisle really needs an ice rink."
