league 2/1 is his level although a very good player in my opinion, he lack the pace to play higher when he's played you always need someone else to do the leg work.

As an old bloke I agree.
Balderstone, they said lacked the pace to play higher and needed someone else to do the leg work.(Train and O'Neill).. Also he needed runners
with pace & vision to move and see space. And that's unfortunately why we were relegated.
I am in noway comparing Dicker to Balderstone except to say thy both have (had) the ability to play on a higher stage,

I think it is really difficult to identify how players will make the step up to a higher division as it can go both ways. I expected Tom Lawrence and Ben Marshall to be in the Premier League based on their loan spells with us and couldn't imagine for one second that the likes of Cory Evans and Joe Dudgeon would get moves to the Championship.

My opinion on Dicker, a solid League 2 player and would probably do a job in League 1. I don't think his pace is the biggest issue, some passes can be unbelievable but I think he does give the ball away too often. You rarely see him bully or dominate an opposition either.
