Didn't hear anyone with complaints. Good organisation and plenty of smiles from staff, both from Preston and from Carlisle.

Fans did us proud, despite only two sides open there was plenty of noise and great support. Didn't try any food but was told it was ok.

And of course the display on the pitch was a pleasure to watch.

I'm pretty quick to shout when things are wrong but I think yesterday things were as right as they could be, particularly considering the very tight deadlines to get this show on the road. It must have taken an awful lot of hard work, so thank you to all concerned.

Couldn't agree more. I thought the Preston staff were excellent and very welcoming.

Did you get any photos of the Carlisle fans from the dugout side? For 3000 we made plenty of noise and the team were excellent yet again.

Aye it wasn't called for singing that at half time, even though Preston is a shithole. No need to call our fans bellends over it mind

To be fair if you invited your neighbours in as they could not stay at home and they Sat on your couch saying your house is a shithole your would probably think similar things

If they were, they are bell ends

after all the good press and good deeds being done recently to sing anti Preston songs is quite frankly moronic and embarrassing

was looking on the PNE forum to see if any went to the game and all they put was about the fact the Carlisle fans were singing songs about it being a shit hole.

These lads arent mature or intelligent enough to understand the situation so you can't really hold it against them. Just pity them.

You are way more tolerant than me I find it very hard to pity socially retarded arseholes like those it would be nice to think a bit of self policing took place by the more socially adept among our numbers

Everyone says I argue for argue sake but playing at Deepdale shows how far behind we are at Brunton park.

Great ground with good organisation, big queues at the kiosks and getting through in a timely manner.

It's going to away ground shows how bad of experience going to brunton park is.

People go way over the top in criticising BP. Could do with a bit of work on it in places granted but at least its got a bit of character unlike most other grounds that all look the same.

It's a nice ground these days.
Would still rather be standing in the paddock, getting soaked, surrounded by miserable [censored] though.

It says a lot about Brunton park when there's a more of an atmosphere with 3000 of us in Deepdale than 5000 of us in Brunton Park.

No, I like to arrive about 2:58, miss the kick off while giving my post code, then stand further forward and get rained on, so I have plenty to moan about, in case we are winning and the referee is competent.

As said in previous post, you may have missed the bit where I said it wasn't called for. Doesn't make it less of a shithole though

Better atmosphere than Brunton park, by some distance also it was full of character , and finally and the most important thing it probably generates more income in a month through the gym and other faclities than we generate in a entire year.

That's more illiterate than ungrateful in my mind. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt though as I can't tell what their actual point is!

Preston (or Carlisle fans for that matter) must be easy upset if a bit of singing from a few chavs bothers them.

PS Sh!thole is being polite. It makes Botchergate look like Las Vegas.

When waiting g for my drink at half time there were a group of about 8 lads trying to sing Prestons a shit hole but it was quickly drowned out by Oh Jabo Ibehre... is that what the fuss is about or was there more singing elsewhere?

Oh and it was refreshing to wait in a queue which moved, the beer didn't need changing and we got served with a smile and a bit of courtesy with enough time.left.over to actually drink it calmly and retake our seats for the second half.

A novel idea but I can't see it catching on at Brunton Park.
