We should tell them to get stuffed, who cares that Wales are playing as it will hardly affect the away support and less home support at three o'clock would surely benefit us more, plus the travel to get there last time at one was a right hassle for some.

They always beat us anyways but we have missed a trick to gain an advantage.

Wales v Serbia doesn't even kick-off until 19:45 that day!

Wales kick and clap play Argentina at 17:30 that day too, also in Cardiff.

I hope it's going to be altered on the OS fixture list cos I went there to check and it's still reading 15.00.

Shame that Plymouth won today as we would have had the chance to go top if we win this game.

The website used to work that when the altered time was confirmed the home team altered it and that automatically altered it for the away team as well. There have been a fair few changes to the website since had anything to do with it mind, so probs completely different now.

It does need sorting, I've already been told I've imagined the early ko by some one who seems determined to go down for a 3pm ko.

Don't think I'm wrong in saying the club have no control over that particular part of the website.

IIt used to be that clubs had no control of the content of the fixtures page except for two things. You used to be able to add the Friendly dates at the top before the League fixtures but you couldn't alter the fixtures themselves. If a match was postponed and re-arranged you had to email head office with the new details and they would (in theory) sort it out.
You could alter the time of a kick off though as long as it was still on the same day and it had been agreed with the FL and the other club. You also had to bear in mind that when you altered it on your site it automatically altered on the opposing teams site. It was usual for the home site to do it.

Its 6 years since I left and there has been at least one complete web design overhaul since then so probs completely different now.

Andy Hall said on Twitter a while back that there's a brand new set up from next season. Hopefully an improvement on recent years. Must be frustrating when you're relying on outside Editorial...

The player profiles used to drive me mad. You could never get them updated promptly then suddenly you would find some random player had been added and you'd have two number 14s or whatever, it was really shoddy and a terrible advert for the club.

Whenever a journo or a photographer goes to a match they will go on the club website and check out the players and coaches, it's just basic prep to make the day easier. When so many of the Official websites have dubious info (that has been supplied by an outside source)it reflects badly on the whole platform.

It's the same with Soccerbase. They've still got released players showing etc. I emailed them once and got a good reply from one of the lads. Turns out there's only a couple of them look after the site, on top of their other Racing Post duties. Should have a dedicated editor really the way they make it out to be the best stats site etc...

May have changed now, but I seem to remember it's the Press Association who are responsible for things like the player profiles (well, not the text bits but the stats etc) and fixtures on the official site. Agree it must be frustrating for the club, hopefully the Football League have recognised what a big risk this is relying on an outside organisation to keep that info up to date. Player profiles seem to have been better in recent years.

Again with Soccerbase, appearance stats etc will probably come from the Press Association.
