Although it seems quite common I don't like this holding company board/operational board lark, leads me to believe there's either something to hide or they're trying to get away with something.

Anyway, why would Nixon and Jenkins be happy for CUOSC to join them on the holding company board? Why move them from the operational board to the holding company board?
