As we seem to have suddenly gained 2000 ghost fans, for those at the match can you take photos of each area of the ground and post on here. Have we really had the same amount of home fans as we had against Hartlepool on the last day of last season? Im guessing the photo of the East stand on this site if from that match and 3 sections are pretty full.

Will probably be quite a "genuine" figure today as I can't imagine Barnet will bring many - plus the England game (although I'd go a long way to NOT watch that...)

Despite a league and cup win along with the Liverpool voucher 1000 ghosts have decided not to turn up!

Attendance 4925

No way was there 1000 less there today than there was for the Wimbledon game. No idea what happening but i think maybe theyve solved the problem that over calculated the first couple of games. It was a lot busier where i sit in block 7 of the east stand for a start.

The 3 home league crowds looked all very similar in size with today probably about 300 more.

For the last game I guessed about 5,300 ,this I guessed about 7,100 , it was by far higher than last game,,4900 quoted is rather embarrassing.

Mystery solved - double counting season ticket holders. Wonder how they never sussed after the first match where they must have been £15k short of what was expected. Under 5k for the opening match is poor.

There was still a few datytrippers in though including MRF - sorry, couldn't resist. :-)

Heard a text on the radio sent in saying along the lines of 'Enjoyed our day in the new stand, we'll be back again'. New stand? WTF, it's been there nearly 20 years. :-o

They were still counting the Potts/Dempsey money. In comparison the gate receipts were small change.
