Is it too easy to blame the goal keeper or does Curle need to bring someone else in/give Hanford a go? He looked very dodgy yesterday on crosses which is quite uncharacteristic. Should the goalkeeper coach be a full time post?

Moorlad Online Reserve Squad Posts: 975 Likes received: 610	The centre halfs were big strong lads, and good in the air, however they weren't the fastest, and they really had no answers when Asamoah or McQueen got in behind them. One of the reasons Asamoah was caught offside so much was because he knew he could tear clear at any time.

It must be very difficult for Gillespie with the formation we are playing. We effectively only had one centre back against two very big strikers. Barnet did a good job on the set pieces blocking him on his line, meaning that he couldn't come for the ball. I don't think it was his best game, but he again saved us on several occassions. He is a bit short of confidence by the look of things... who wouldn't be with that shambles of a defence in front... but he is streets ahead of Hanford as a goaalkeeper.
