And Big Nige isn't on the walk today rumour is hes off down to Bristol to collect a very heavy but non-descript looking bag from a prominent West Country insurance tycoon and then its a first class flight to Budapest apparently.

Why do you think there'll be no lettuces out of season? The supermarkets effectively already own the firms who grow them in Spain. So I can't see a problem other than Mr Tesco seeing it as an opportunity to raise prices.
