Never been to that venue before. No, not an 02 customer either, will just need to be poised at noon on Friday and hope that the bulk buyers don't beat me to it!
On another note, have a minor claim to fame regarding The Church - many years ago there was a fan website and the guy who ran it produced an album of Church covers which I ended up on! Basically, bands submitted their tracks and the best 10 or whatever got selected. I sang guest vocals with a local Goth band called Faithful Dawn and we did 'Grind' off Gold Afternoon Fix as everyone else was doing the usual suspects and we thought no one would have the balls to tackle a 6 and a half minute piano /guitar epic so we stood more chance of getting on it, and it worked!

Well the sun's finally made an appearance here in Bedford so I've been listening to October and The Unforgettable by U2 as the days of youth always seem to feature sunshine. Great records both of them. Bono maybe a cock but is behind some mighty fine music.

I have gone for some Black Grape at full blast to annoy the neighbours.
Proper cheeky [censored] they are, I am on weird sleeping patterns because of this medication that I have to take at the moment and they were playing f ucking power ballads full blast from about half eight in the morning the other day till noon and woke me up, to top it off when I went out into the garden it was still playing full blast in the house and one of them remarked 'what is that banging is there someone at the door' and another said 'maybe it is the neighbours complaining' and they all started laughing loudly.
I didn't see the funny side of it till half three the morning after when I whacked the bottom of a crutch against their bedroom walls that night intermittently over the next two hours knowing that they had work in the morning, I heard them raging next door, it was then that I realised what they were laughing at, I haven't heard a peep off them since, probably embarrassed by collaring me as it has never happened before and they could have ben sex noises

When I was trying to persuade my daughter not to follow the crowds and support Liverpool, Man U, City, Chelsea etc one of things I said to her was that Carlisle have a great version of one of her favourite songs from school - Kumbya.
I played her snippets on the net of the Carlisle fans in full voice singing this and it played a big part in convincing her to spend a lot of her youth on trains and eating burgers.
We haven't heard, "Oh Lord, Cumbria" once. Was it and is it ever still sung?

Arianna Grande no more tears, Imagine Dragons Thunder, TinieTempah What Girls Like, Busy Malone Memory Lane and Chain Smokers & Cold Play Something Just Like This. Did try listening to Heart but I got board of the same suit every day and went back to radio 1, which at 37 I'm 2 years out of the demographic. I find music and film age badly apart from exceptions like Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs. Most of the Urban Hymes album and lots of Oasis.
