That's the great thing about music zebby,i love the Smiths,New Order and Joy Division but if others think they are crap that's fine,i also think Bjork is 10 times more talented than Adele or Madonna but a lot of people only know "its all so quiet" the worst song she ever did.

Yes, it is the great thing about music. I watched The Fall programme on iplayer tonight and loved it but my wife thinks it's unlistenable.

Possibly too extreme for most on here but the new Slipknot album is awesome - they have branched out with a couple of electronic tracks which break up the angst. Like to imagine that the track Solway Firth was written after Corey Taylor had a particularly disappointing day out at Silloth.

6 Music still a good bet for finding the occasional gem away from the rubbish dominating the singles chart. You won't find many dancing to "Sunglasses" by Black Country, New Road but you notice it when it comes on!
