Talking Players from other Clubs, who can come in, and do a job from the off!

I’ll go first…

CB - Paul Huntington (Preston) - Loan until end of the Season? Experienced. Not in the First Team Pic at PNE, fit (Playing regular for their Reserves), and owes for his hissy fit when at Leeds (Redemption) :p

Scunthorpe have brought in2 strikers, both very injury prone, Nuttall and don't tell him Pyke. They have also had a midfielder recalled.

Oldham have signed a striker who couldn't get a game at Hartlepool.

Barrow have signed Bradford's captain, which looks a good capture

Sam Cosgrove off to Wimbledon

Northampton continue to sign strikers, Louis Appéré from Dundee Utd who struggled against the like of Queen of the South the latest.

PV make signing number 23 of the season

Kieran Philips who did not much at Walsall has gone to Exeter to replace the injured Zanzala
Bradford City are interested in Bolton striker Nathan Delfouneso
Another League Two club have also expressed an interest. Carlisle are in need of another striker ✍🏻

Probably nothing but Zac Clough just drove away from Brunton in his own clothes in his Tesla after popping in the Offices whilst the rest of the Squad are on the Training Pitch…

Or is he just an expensive tea & coffee boy. Picking his way through the Costa menu before sliding a defence splitting latte through to Holdsworth.

If that frees up wages for an experienced forward then I’m all for it.

The way we are playing at the moment, we are a long way from safety.

Relegation escape bonuses make a lot more sense if Newcastle's position than ours.
So if Garner doesn't disastrously worsen our league position we have to pay more?

The issue will be what terms are demanded. When does Garner's Fleetwood contract expire? I imagine the agent has presented Holdsworth with a 2 1/2 year contract on £2k a week plus relegation escape bonuses. Man U offered Lingard to Newcastle, relegation escape bonus alone £12m supposedly. Lets see who blinks first

Think Garner has also had issue with injuries of late, but would fit the bill of what we want someone with the ability to hold the ball , despite his small size was always seemed to be a good outlet.

Devitt has been injured since the day he left us, not a striker either. Garner would fit the bill. Doesn't he have a child in Carlisle?

A new signing in the pipeline apparently that should please most if it comes off .

Ex player is the rumour I’ve heard today.

Devitt?

Not a clue, not given a name.

I’d take Garner over Devitt. Devitt would however make sense given Rooney going back to Barrow, same position.

As predicted the window has been shite.. .unless something dramatic happens today....an out the box signing the facts are its same old shite with no ambition, no lessons learned.

I don't think it is the same old same old - in previous years, a bigger worry at this time has been who we might lose rather than sign. This season, with the possible exception of Howard, I don't think we would care too much if we lost any of them. In fact there's a fair few of them who have several offers in to drive them to their new destination.

Let’s make a judgment after the window closes

I think there is a couple of decent signing line up if we don’t get them I totally agree with you

We've signed Patrick and Senior, extended Howard. Who on Saturday were the only decent players.

And your contribution?
They've given Millen money. They didn't tell him to sign a centre back

Come on Marko. Justify your words for a change. Where have the board given Millen money for a CB?

They have replaced Dinzeyi and Young for two young loanees in the same positions. You really do spout ****.

Well at least you can sleep easy you simply could not have done anything more. Everyone's fault but yours. Yup

Money for what? A 19 year old loanee? Millen's petrol expenses to and from Southampton twice to see him will have cost more than having him here until the end of the season!
