Bet the most gutted out of us all is Keith Curle.

He has I imagine realised that his fringe players are shite and he needs to get rid.

If that was our starting lineup for the next two months he would be getting loads of flack and not many points.

I'm not going to blame Curle for this one... The heart of the team was unavailable for one reason or another. We needed those battling players against a physical Rovers team in terrible conditions. Any team at L2 level would struggle with so many key players out. I'm not sure he could have selected a much different team given his options. There is no real surprise to most of us that the likes of Thompson and Brough didn't rise to the occasion... They aren't good enough, most of our back up players are pretty poor... But most teams at this level have poor back up options. It's just down to finances. It is too dangerous to rush Jano back in... And Hery is bound to be affected by the Paris incident, even if he said he was okay to play. I doubt he would have done much good anyway... It's not exactly the type of game he does well in.

I think we need to give Curle a break on this one to be honest. As long as it is a temporary blip.
