No he googled him, couldn't make it up most of it was a joke. Didn't want to be rude and scare off investment.. Yet scared off our most concrete offer of sustainability and investment during his tenure. Deflected a lot of questions, he certainly knows how to come across as a shy retiring man with CUFC at heart. Acted very naive around the billionaire and why he believes he/she has money, which for a man of his experience is pathetic.

Backtracked so many times, wouldn't surprise me if the new CEO had something to do with the share dilution/advised them. Waffled on about AJ has been paid something back, then about paying 100k off loans and another 100k in future, all very clever designed to misdirect the audience. Even blamed the local press for the creation of a billionaire. Seems to think local investment will be forthcoming. Offered the carrot of having a succession plan in a car chat with AJ, then later said he thinks that plan is moving at a reasonable place.

Also made some pretty idiotic statements about the stadium, new stadium and to top it off said we lost all of our accounting or most of our accounting records in the floods, which is just absolutely preposterous.

there was one thing i picked up during the interview was the change in JN's voice. i know its simple to say that JN only has to open his mouth to see he is lying, but seriously........when ever he was being deceitful/lying his voice went croaky. a lying toad seems only to apt for JN.

Just because Sheldon supports the current set up and owners doesnt mean he deserves constant abuse for each post. Most I disagree with but so what.
His points are as relevant as anyone else's give the chap a break whoever he is and enjoy the debate.

I'm not sure what I find more annoying JN lack of responsibility for any of his actions or his ignorance of dealing with the media. Saying you don't like dealing with the media is not an excuse - Don't get involved with a company that his a large local and national profile then!

It will be very interesting to see how the new CEO deals with this and how much of an influence he will have over the coming weeks. He's in a great position surely he can't sound any less engaged, progressive, bitter and backwards as JN.

The best thing that we can hope for is relegation and worse to get rid of that goblin-faced, lying piece of shite.
