No i.d say its quite a bit less than the figure that you mention.

But what i.m saying is the wages we removed from our wage bill since December will have more than covered the wages of all the players brought in since then without us needing to break into the Wyke transfer money.


And the money saved on the Wyke wage as well.

Liddle must be on a hell of a whack if his wage swallowed every penny the club had to the point on Jenkins having to pay out of his own pockets bollocks and then go begging to EWM.

If you are going to go all out and try to win the league then go bust in January then I would say that they are an embarrassment and are running up debt doing this making it harder for someone to negotiate a buy out.

Seen him play a few times and has impressed me.

Being so little is probably the only thing that stopped him playing at a much higher level.

The sort of player we should be looking at, probably go to Crewe though just like where every other player seems to be heading - even our own.
