Should have been, a lot more than Grimsby were calling it, and look at the finances. The decision to carry on may be the worst decision made, they made it though so have to live with it. I don’t think we’ve seen the full financial trouble clubs are in.
As for this one, time will tell. but very strong rumours a suspension is near.
Problem is Wales and London.
Wales wants to stop all sport for 6 weeks and the government wants to stop all sport in tier 4.

Elite football suspension, I’ll guess we will see on Wednesday. The carabao cup has been moved to April, for supposedly more supporters can go, but maybe they already know something will be cancelled - it’s odd moving it two days before champions league semis.
There’ll be pospoments anyway.

Radio Cumbria is not what it used to be..
Problem as well with hotels in tier 4 as the majority will close regardless and the likelihood of more places being put in it.

Of course football fans want it to continue. I do but I also want it to continue for years after.
Between football owners it’s a different story and the decision to continue may be the worst decision ever. The reason it didn’t get cancelled was teams at lower level were/are promised money and every week we’re told it was forthcoming. They got advances on tv etc to tide them over and now the pittance by the premier league.
There’s more money on offer in terms of loans from the EFL but that’s kicking the can to another day as it needs repayed, it’s not free.
