Whilst not their biggest fan in the past I don't think that the Tories will come out of the whole pandemic situation too badly, I don't think that they could have done much more and yes mistakes happened but given a choice at the time of having Corbyn deal with the situation would have ben a disaster as he would have sent all of the vaccinations to Argentina, Bolivia or wherever his newest campaign was targeted at.
Even Brexit has been sorted - imagine if their was no pandemic and we were all on here gan radge about bananas going up four pence a pound and horror stories of some poor sod having to wait a couple of weeks extra to get their passport sorted.
Thank God the Tories brought in Kate Bingham in to run the Government Vaccine Taskforce. One thing is certain Corbyn wouldn't have done that. He'd have set up a committee of civil servants to procure vaccines.
And were Starmer Prime Minister, we'd be part of the European Medicines Agency with just 3% of the population vaccinated, just like other members of EMA, which would be an even worse outcome than even Corbyn would have managed.
Silentone that explains why folk turn on each other on here after poor results . Its the historical dna !!
