Never got this thing about having played a few games at a higher level and he must be good. We had some terrible players in League One.

It was a reference to him being inexperienced. I agree on us having plenty crap players in league 1 but you’d think in a promotion season there wouldn’t be too many getting a game if they were shit.

I'm not being pedantic herebut he only started 7 league games and was subbed in them all (some very early) so his contribution to the promotion season wasn't great.

More importantly what does your mate at Harrogate railway or wherever he was on loan think of him

He says he's very good. Like a young Mark Beck.

Yes: so the official line says.
Expect January to an horrendous month.

You will be having a top day though, won’t you. Anything to worsen the club and you are happy as Larry.
Expect Yates to be back later in the month is my view.

Mullen he's wasn't recalled as we can't afford his wages that had all be agreed , the reason he was recalled is Rotherham have no players looks at their team today they have a significant number of youth players in their squad,Mullen103 wrote:

If we don’t have to pay then yes.
We can’t afford £40 for a toilet door lock, so any increase in Yates wages it was a no for now.
If you’re up to your limit on the EWM loan and Jenkins says no more than it’s no wonder the likes of Bennett, albeit he’s tat, and Jones have to go to free up money for pointless 6 month loan deals.
As I say I expect January to be poor and any chance of promotion gone quickly. Enjoy today.
